Most questions can be answered in two minutes on the phone. Describe what the office, bank or court asked you for and we will tell you the exact document, the current stamp value, and whether notarisation is enough.

Finding the office.

Chhani Jakatnaka Circle is the junction everyone in north Vadodara knows — where the Chhani road meets the traffic coming down from Sama towards the city. Hare Krishna Complex is at the circle; we are at K-117. There is parking around the complex.

Before you come — what to bring

For an affidavit

Photo ID (Aadhaar is easiest) for the deponent, and the underlying paper — the certificate whose name is wrong, the police complaint, the RTO forms, the bank's letter.

For a rent agreement

ID for landlord and tenant, the property details, and the agreed rent, deposit and term. If the landlord cannot attend, tell us in advance.

For property work

The title documents, the 7/12 or property card, the mutation entries, and the details of everyone who has an interest. Bring the unhelpful papers too.

Common questions

What are your office hours?

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday by appointment for genuinely urgent matters.

Do I need an appointment?

Not for ordinary counter work — affidavits, rent agreements, NOCs, indemnity bonds, true copies and e-stamps. For property drafting, partnership deeds, wills or anything that needs documents read carefully, call 94267 80195 first so proper time can be set aside and we can tell you exactly what to bring.

Can I send documents on WhatsApp?

Yes, and for most enquiries that is the fastest way to get a useful answer. Send a photograph of the letter or notice you received and we will tell you what document it needs. Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, bank details or other sensitive identifiers on WhatsApp unless we ask for them.

Do you serve areas outside Vadodara city?

Yes — across Vadodara district including Padra, Savli, Karjan, Waghodia, Dabhoi, Shinor and Desar, both for work done at the office and for notary attendance at your address.

Not sure which document you need?

Tell us what the office, bank or court asked for. We will name the exact document, the stamp value and whether notarisation is enough — before you pay anything.
