Where a template genuinely helps — an affidavit, an eleven-month rent agreement, an NOC — you get the full draft to fill in. Where the document must be registered, or where getting it wrong costs somebody their property, a template does more harm than good. For those we publish what the document must contain and what to verify, and the drafting is done at the counter against your actual papers. We would rather you arrived informed than arrived with a bad draft.

We do not publish a fill-in will format, and the reason is in section 67. A will that is drafted adequately but executed wrongly fails completely — so this is the execution checklist instead.

The Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958 was amended in 2025 and several articles were restructured. A duty figure printed on a web page goes stale and leaves somebody's document insufficiently stamped. As a Government authorised e-Stamping centre (CSC 136237240013) we confirm the duty currently prescribed for your specific document and issue the e-stamp against it, at face value. The notarial fee is separate and capped by law — ₹35 to attest execution and ₹35 to administer an oath or take an affidavit, under Rule 10(1) of the Notaries Rules, 1956. The full fee table →
